UserInteractionGateway

Abstraction over the user-interaction channel used by AskUserTool and TellUserTool.

Gateway implementations are thin wrappers around the host channel (stdin / stdout on JVM, system services on mobile, mocks in tests). No business logic in implementations — they only carry I/O.
