Streams one turn as CompletionStreamEvents for com.mojentic.llm.LlmBroker.generateStreamEvents.
Sends one request with stream_options.include_usage set and no tools. Success needs finish_reason: "stop" and the [DONE] marker. Cancelling the collector cancels the request.
Uses channelFlow because Ktor runs the streaming response block on another dispatcher on Native targets; a rendezvous buffer keeps reads in step with consumption.
