Sends one request with stream_options.include_usage set and no tools. Keep-alive frames are dropped, so they never report keepalive as the provider model. Reasoning deltas yield no events. Success needs finish_reason: "stop" and the [DONE] marker. Cancelling the collector cancels the request.
